The New Medievalcooking.org
Welcome!
For those of you that were coming to find my research; I apologize. I am reformatting and restructuring that information and will make it available before the end of the year. If you are looking for something specific, please contact me directly.
As you may have noticed, there has been a significant change to the look, feel, and content for medievalcooking.org. The original purpose for the website was to provide links to my research and to provide other useful medieval cooking links. As time has gone on, I think that the content has become stale and while there is still useful information to be shared I wanted to do something more.
The kind of content that I plan to deliver is:
- In process research.
- Items of interest to medieval and renaissance cooking.
- Some modern cooking information and recipes.
- Philosophy of cooking.
- Misc items of interest.
My promise to you is that I will be updating this blog at least once every two weeks. There may be more frequent updates, however, I can not fully commit to more than twice a month updates with my work/life schedule being as it is.
