new years eve dessert

These desserts are rich in anti-oxidants and provide a nice sweet and sour finish to a seasonal menu for autumn. 
6 individual puff pastry cups, baked with the tops removed.
6 oz. neufchatel cheese, cut into 1 oz cubes
1 1/4 c cooked cranberries
6 T dried blueberries
12 walnut halves
5 minutes to prep.
10 minutes to cook.
